Discovery

Let’s talk. Tell us what you’re thinking about, show us your ideas, photos, wishes, and must haves. This is the time for us to listen and truly understand what your vision is. We’ll cover things like general budget parameters, lot selection specifications, and overall project objectives. Discovery is the first step in creating a home that you will love for a lifetime.

Design

During the Design phase, together we will review your initial home plans discuss materials, options, and outline next steps.

Plan

Having a dedicated project manager means one point of contact, one go-to person dedicated to meticulous communication, budgeting and process oversight. Your personal project manager oversees plans, materials and finishes are sourced and ready on time, budgets are kept and schedules are in order.

Build

Seeing your new home come to life is so exciting. During the construction phase you will gain a true understanding to what is meant by quality craftmanship. Attention to detail, from coordinating permits and inspections to managing sub-contractors, each step in the build process is vital to creating your family’s new home.
